These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkck ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tkck website at https://tkck.io, the tkck mobile application, and all related services, games, betting markets, and features made available under the tkck brand (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any service provided by tkck.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are equally binding on all players.

Access to and use of the tkck Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be satisfied for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkck enforces a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) residing in Bangladesh.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of tkck or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have previously been permanently excluded from the tkck Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee or agent for a third party.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the tkck Platform. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, tkck reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonus claims, and permanently withhold any balances accumulated across those accounts.

When registering your tkck account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
• tkck staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
• You must notify tkck immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• tkck reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

All financial transactions on the tkck Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkck supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other BDT payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account that does not belong to you — are strictly prohibited. Where tkck identifies or reasonably suspects a third-party deposit has been made, it reserves the right to freeze the account, reverse the transaction, and request documentation to establish the source of funds.

• Deposits are credited to your tkck wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. tkck aims to complete withdrawals within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to any outstanding identity verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. tkck reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• tkck does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which tkck accepts no responsibility.
• tkck reserves the right to perform anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on any account and to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

tkck offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by tkck unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts constitute fraud.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made of bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• tkck reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if it reasonably suspects abuse, misuse, or circumvention of the bonus conditions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings that satisfy all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account without notice.
• tkck's decision on all bonus and promotional matters is final and binding.

All bets placed on the tkck Platform are governed by the general betting rules set out in this section and by the sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that do not receive a reference number have not been accepted and no liability attaches to tkck in respect of them.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where tkck's in-play cash-out feature is available and the player elects to use it prior to the relevant event settling.
• tkck reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market suspension handling, or data feed failure.
• Maximum payout limits apply to each sport, market, and event type as published on the Platform. tkck's liability in respect of any single bet is capped at the applicable maximum payout regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time during a live event. tkck accepts no responsibility for bets not placed during a period of market suspension.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 72 hours of its scheduled start time, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific sport rules state otherwise.

The tkck casino, live dealer tables, slots, Lucky Bingo, and all other game products made available on the Platform are provided by third-party game suppliers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game is subject to its own rules, published within the game interface or accessible via the information icon within the game.

• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. tkck does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by live physical dealing or spinning in real time. Outcomes are final once announced by the dealer and confirmed on screen.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the game will be settled according to the outcome that occurred. tkck is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet or device failure.
• Game history is recorded and available for review in your account. If you believe a game outcome has been incorrectly recorded, you must contact support within 72 hours of the relevant game round.
• Progressive jackpot games may have their own standalone terms provided by the game supplier. Jackpot amounts are not guaranteed and depend on the jackpot pool at the time of the winning spin.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the tkck Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under another person's name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, glitches, or pricing mistakes in betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or pricing inefficiencies in a way that contravenes the spirit of these Terms.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any tkck employee, support agent, dealer, or other player.

tkck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification or age verification documentation when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or an authorised third party acting on their behalf.
• Inactivity: accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as inactive. tkck will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any inactive account fee.

Where an account is closed by tkck for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your own tkck account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, your account will be closed with immediate effect upon receipt of your request.

tkck is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players. All content on the tkck Platform — including but not limited to the tkck brand name, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to tkck and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform; scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform; or use the tkck name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial or economic loss, even if tkck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tkck's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your tkck account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkck collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tkck.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

tkck may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, or where necessary to provide the services described in these Terms. tkck will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

tkck reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, tkck will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the tkck Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tkck operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact tkck's support team in writing at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days to resolve the matter informally. tkck's decision on all game outcome disputes, bonus disputes, and account-related matters, made following a thorough internal investigation, is final and binding.
